Account & membership
Two separate things — cancelling a membership keeps your account and prizes.
Manage or cancel a membership
Manage billing, change plans or cancel from your membership page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid perks ordinarily remain until the end of your current billing period unless a payment is reversed.
You're playing as a guest, so your progress lives on this device only. This clears it all — credits, vault prizes, Pins and chats — and starts a fresh game. It cannot be undone.
